I will agree that the lifting of the down-tick rule for short sellers (check that date and compare the market top), and the cancellation of Glass-Steagal are regulations that should have been left in place. My point>there are a mountain of regulations that are useless because unenforced. More regulation is not needed. Fewer foxes guarding the henhouse would help.
