Hi ... I have KDL-CX520. I cannot download Adobe Flashplayer. It gives me an error when i download "not available for my device". Please help me out because i cannot open any video online. Also if i open any website for some videos i get an error that "this website needs to much memory to buffer" therefore that video cannot be opened. What should i do to solve this issue? Thanks!
iainreekiecouk Says:
"inexpensive wireless dongle" You mean an outrageously overpriced Sony dongle, as nothing else will work? Put wifi in the TV in future, thanks!
TheHelenaVera Says:
Hi I want to know if you can install a plugin on a sony bravia, the model is KDL-32EX421.

Sorry if this question has been ask but I recently purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-46NX800 with Bravia Internet; however, I wanted to know if there's any type of keyboard that can be connected to TVs with Bravia internet? I just find it a bit of a pain to type using the tv's remote. Thanks in advance

I had a thought of internet enabled TV's, would they brick as easily as consoles/handhelds (iphone, PSP, PS3, Wii, 360)? if they either couldn't download a full update, or did but something was off (which happens to the consoles I mentioned, even if they got a full update).
dbzlotrfan Says:
Would wireless work? Because if we got a internet enabled TV, we'd need a VERY long Ethernet cable for the room we'd probably put it in.

Hi We are from Israel. When we connect our new kdl-v405500 to our home network we get this message "cannot access widgets server " .all the connections are good and we can see other computers. So what can we do ? Thank you

LuNYMiK3Y Says:
can you do this with all the new tv's with the bravia engine three including the 32 inch models??
foolishtalk Says:
2 Questions! Can you use an external keyboard to input text? Can we view HD videos from youtube??
erickafollie Says:
hey Balla, how are you, just a little reply to your comment. I also bought a 50 in SXRD and i also got a green screen after a year or so of use, i went on the internet, and found out that there was a Lawsuit against Sony for the same problem (green screen) so with that argument and information, i called Sony , didnt have to say much, they sent a technician to my house and fix the tv in like 30 mins. Sony was very helpful, no complaints. Still running good
WeepingGuitar314 Says:
Thanks so much!
ViciousDave4Life Says:
I have the new XBR9, but mine is a 32" so I don't have the XMB and it still comes with the old menu type, but it still has the features of 120HZ refresh rate and 40,000/1 contrast ratio! YEAH! and supports super white and Full RGB on my PS3!
mproepper Says:
SonyConvergineer, What camera did you use to capture this video? Thanks!
captainvideojw Says:
When are we going to get Youtube HD?
SonyConvergineer Says:
The TV has an ethernet jack in the back to connect to your network. If you don't have a connection to your tv and you have cable internet, get a splitter from your cable provider and connect your cable modem and wireless access point under the TV. Then you can have a wired connection. If you have a desktop, buy an inexpensive wireless dongle for that, it's much easier than trying stuff to make the TV connection wireless.
ilordvader Says:
How is conected to the Internet ? with Wire or does the Tv has a Built in WiFi Antena ? Thxs
balla32636 Says:
i picked up the tv shown in 52inch model for just over 1300 new, my SXRD was a good tv i had the 60 inch but got the green screen of death. that and bestbuy lied about it being true 1080p "got it in 2006" sony has GREAT costumer service
tipoomaster Says:
How much of a change would going from a KF-50WE620 to a XBR9 make in terms of picture quality?
captainvideojw Says:
So far the widgets are fairly lame. There are few choices. Please ramp up development Yahoo! and Sony.
DoloresTripp Says:
Nice try. Keep it up check out esteembpo + com for social media marketing. ytiyui
zack8322 Says:
Widgets are OK, I've been playing with them for a couple of months now on my Samsung TV. I've got a few more to choose from but none are that great. We've been promised Netflix, Showtime and CBS among others but so far they are MIA. Until some good content shows up they have little value .
mclaren777 Says:
If my SXRD ever dies I may consider getting one of these.
