i finally was able to contact logitech...but it was not customer service but sells department. This is the deal: Many customers downloaded the latest upgrade and now they are having lot of PROBLEMS with google tv! Dont bother calling customer service waiting time is more than 2 hours...they are trying to figure out how to solve the problem. Meanwhile your google tv is just a big piece of useless cr@p!

cnees208 Says:
I agree, I just bought Apple TV and it just feels so much more limited than with Google tv. No browser? WTF. But it is only $100 and looks nice.
MrScikotic Says:
Can you use this if you already have a comcast cable box setup?
Karatae4ever Says:

GerardFreeman Says:
you cant download or save???...oh well....i will wait and save my money then
UnhappyDreamer Says:
I've had it for about one week now and all I can say is this little device's simply enhanced our TV to the next level... we have basic netflix subscription and the streaming is VERY FAST on Revue... as well as web surfing is pretty fast for TV...
gboyjeremy16 Says:
I love Google TV but since you cant download and save anything and enjoy the so called full web browser on the huge 40 in screen then it isn't really a full web browser or a full internet experience. Logitech Revue is the same no saving anything only just viewing. Google dropped the ball and the bat on this one! I guess I cant throw out the laptop yet to enjoy this almost fabulous combination of tv and internet.

@coldisa, I have been hearing a lot of bad complaints about the google tv, I was going to get one, but after all the bad reviews, I decided not to buy it, instead I just bought the new apple tv for $99 and I really love it.
coldiso Says:
I had mine delivered today and have boxed it up and have it ready to go back. I was extremely disappointed in its ability for local content playback. Also it required me to run a UPnP A/V & DLNA Media Server (in my case Ushare). It detected my pictures and audio files fine. However would not read my raw pictures in NEF format and did not display my home vidoes MP4. Also all of my DVDs in raw VOB format it would not display to play either. The built in apps were ok and netflix worked.
flashydev Says:
just picked mine up from best buy... can't wait to get home and setup.
