Buy empty handed. With my 25 years of customer service in retail, restaurant, and the insurance industry, I would have found a way to complete this transaction for the customer. I then went to Wal-Mart and purchased the movie on sale and price matched. Best Buy requires a good customer service class, I will spread the news!!!!

I then got in a long customer service line and requested to speak to a manager, the same manager that told me I can contact Best Buy and they will mail me a new card was the only Manger on duty this evening. I offered to relinquish the card and they can receive the new card in the mail and complete the transaction. I was nice and tried my hardest for them to help a customer. I was so upset and shocked that I was not taken care of. I left Best

Customer Service is everything, I went to Best Buy tonight to get my son an Easter gift with a $15 dollar gift card, finances are low and this would help so he would have something tomorrow morning. They attempted to scan the card and entered the numbers and the card was not found in their system. I called the 888 number on the back of the gift card to make sure it was a good card, which stated a balance of $15 dollars available.

I work at best buy. I found that hilarious. but depending on the reaction of the other people in the store, yeah, I see why they made them leave. People would freak if some EIGHTY people dressed similar to employees were there. Imagine looking for something in that store. "Hey man, where's can you show me where these are?" ...."Oh I don't work here." EIGHTY TIMES. Personally, I'd find it funny. But not everyone has a good sense of humor.
